I founded Alzaro Energy because the constraint on American growth has changed. For a generation, capital was the scarce input. Today it is power — firm, dispatchable electricity, delivered where and when load appears. Data centers, reshored factories, and an electrifying transportation fleet are all racing the same interconnection queue. Power is the new bottleneck of the American economy, and we intend to build accordingly.

Building energy infrastructure is not glamorous work. Projects rarely fail in the engineering; they fail in permitting, in interconnection, in land, in offtake, in the thousand unremarkable steps between a signed term sheet and a commissioned asset. So we staff for the boring parts. We back operators who have delivered before, and we underwrite to contracted cash flows before we underwrite to upside.

Our discipline is simple to state and hard to live. We size each fund to the durability of its cash flows, not to the appetite of the moment. We concentrate capital where our teams have genuine operating conviction. And we hold what we build, compounding the returns from long-lived assets rather than trading in and out of them.

Alzaro is independent. Our incentives are aligned with yours and no one else's. We have organized the firm around institutional governance from the outset — a Delaware structure, third-party administration, independent audit, and an investment committee that says no far more often than it says yes.

The opportunity in front of us is generational. The obligation that comes with it is equally serious: to deliver megawatts on the date promised. That is the entire job, and we are grateful for the trust you place in us to do it.
