Institutional governance from the outset.
Alzaro is built on independent oversight, third-party service providers, and clear policies — the infrastructure that earns institutional trust.
Four pillars of oversight
Limited Partner Advisory Committee
An independent LP Advisory Committee (LPAC) reviews conflicts, valuation matters, and material changes for each fund. The LPAC provides limited partners with structured oversight independent of the general partner.
Investment Committee
Every deployment is approved by the Alzaro Investment Committee, chaired by the Founder & CEO, against strict return, risk, and concentration limits. A key-person clause ties fund continuity to named principals.
Third-Party Service Providers
Policies & Compliance
Alzaro maintains a full compliance framework. Alzaro Capital Management, LLC anticipates SEC registration as an investment adviser; Form ADV is in filing.
Governing policies
The following policies govern the firm's conduct, risk management, and operations. Summaries are available here; full policies are provided to limited partners on request.
