About Alzaro Energy

An operating firm built around a single thesis about power.

America's growth economy — data centers, reshored manufacturing, electrified transportation — will be gated by dispatchable power. Alzaro exists to build and own the assets that clear that gate.

The thesis

Power is the new bottleneck

For two decades, capital was the scarce input to growth. Today the binding constraint is electricity — firm, dispatchable, delivered where and when load appears. Hyperscale data centers, reshored factories, and an electrifying transportation fleet are all racing the same interconnection queue.

Alzaro was built to invest into that constraint. We assemble operator-led teams to underwrite, develop, and own the generation, storage, transmission, and grid technology that the growth economy depends on.

Why now

A generational build-out

  • Load growth has resumed after two flat decades, led by data centers and electrification
  • Transmission and interconnection have become the scarcest assets in the system
  • Policy and corporate demand reward contracted, low-carbon, dispatchable supply
  • Capital-intensive, long-lived assets favor patient, operator-led owners
How we are built

An independent, operator-led firm

Independent

Alzaro answers to its investors

Alzaro Energy operates independently through Alzaro Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware entity. We are not a division of a larger platform — our incentives are aligned solely with our limited partners.

Operator-led

Teams that have built assets

Every strategy is anchored by principals who have developed, permitted, financed, and delivered energy infrastructure. We staff for permitting, interconnection, and delivery — the parts that decide outcomes.

Contracted

Underwriting before upside

We underwrite to durable, investment-grade cash flows. Concentration follows conviction, and conviction follows underwriting — not the appetite of the moment.

Power is the new bottleneck of the American economy. Build accordingly.
